Some things I learned today:
- being sick is never an excuse for not training
- always train more than necessary, in the event of falling sick, you do not need to make up
- attitude is important in team sports
- arsenal?!!?
- being a medalist once doesn’t make you a medalist forever, so don’t slack
- squats, calf raises give cramps
- NJ has A LOT of stairs, and I mean A LOT!
- people can do 1000 crunches and pushups and bicep curls in one day
- never, ever do fasted cardio
After three hours at NJ, all I found out was that there is a freaking hell lot of stairs, and the main gate is damn far. Haha.

After reflecting, i realised my problems lies in running(coz i nv run for many many weeks)(but then again tts not an excuse)(however looking at circumstances i had to work, so i guess its excusable) and lunges. Next training i hope to do the complete set and not the junior set.
