Training.

Some things I learned today:

  • being sick is never an excuse for not training
  • always train more than necessary, in the event of falling sick, you do not need to make up
  • attitude is important in team sports
  • arsenal?!!?
  • being a medalist once doesn’t make you a medalist forever, so don’t slack
  • squats, calf raises give cramps
  • NJ has A LOT of stairs, and I mean A LOT!
  • people can do 1000 crunches and pushups and bicep curls in one day
  • never, ever do fasted cardio

After three hours at NJ, all I found out was that there is a freaking hell lot of stairs, and the main gate is damn far. Haha.

Five More Days

Five more days to National JC. Two more to NJC Canoeing training, Chee’s bday bash. Hmmm. Time’s running out.

How I wished I had the courage to do what I should have done sooner. It’s still not done now, and I regret it. It’s probably too late now. Wth.

First 8 days, we have orientation at NJ. According to sources, there are very little chio bus there. How sad. ): don’t have THIS, don’t have THAT. How to survive? Hai.

btw, this is NOT an emo post. Whatever should have ended, has ended. Everything is over, so I need some time to be myself again. I’ll probably be a lil’ more emo these few days. HECK, few more days to a new year and I’m not going to let THAT disturb me, haunt me, feed on me, whatever me. Haha, so I’m not going into THAT. so wth. : D
